We like to keep pricing simple and so we have two tiers only. These are based on feedback from our Clients. On our Basic Service you pay regardless of the result and our cheaper price reflects this, but on our enhanced service, you only pay if we are successful in locating the Debtor and in this instance, the price is our enhanced fee.

Our fees are usually recoverable as part of the debt. You should not be out of pocket when a Debtor leaves you without the ability to collect a debt such as moving and not telling you.
Our fees can therefore be included in your claim against the debtor, so remember to add these on.
